Paid views: the rates, the math, the catch
Every paid view is paid from a budget a brand funded up front. Here is the arithmetic, from the creator's side.
How a view gets a price
Each deal prints the rate you earn per 1,000 verified views before you post. There is no negotiation: the rate on the deal is the rate you are paid. What a deal asks of you depends on its type. A Sticker or Frame deal adds a logo or border to a post you were making anyway, a Segment deal asks for a short spoken brand moment, and a UGC deal asks you to film content for the brand from scratch. Compare the rate with the work before you claim.
What a rate means in money
At an example rate of $2.00 per 1K: a 10K-view post pays $20, a 100K post $200, and a 1M-view post $2,000, all paid from the deal's funded budget until it is used up. Only views after you submit count. This is why deals show budget left: it is the money still to be earned on that deal.
Why verification is the whole game
Paid views only work if the views are real, so a per-view system has to be strict about where its numbers come from. On earnforviews, a person reviews every post against the brief before it earns. Counts are never self-reported: YouTube views come from YouTube's official API. Instagram and TikTok views are read from the public post by our team. Connecting a YouTube channel proves the video is yours. Only views a post gets after it is submitted count, and every reading is stored with a timestamp so a disputed payout has an audit trail instead of an argument.
Where the money physically goes
