Terms of service

1. What EarnForViews is
EarnForViews is a marketplace. Brands fund campaigns with a fixed budget. Creators post content on their own social accounts and submit it to campaigns. Verified views turn into creator earnings at the rate shown on each campaign. We operate the platform, verify views, and move the money; the content itself lives on the social platforms under their rules.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
- One person, one creator account. Brands may have team members later; today one account per brand.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if it is compromised.
3. For creators
- Submit only content you made and posted on an account you control, following the campaign brief and the platform's own rules, including ad disclosure rules that apply to you (for example "Paid partnership" labels).
- To verify views we read statistics from the account you connect. Connecting is required before paid earnings can be confirmed; it is free and read only.
- Earnings accrue per verified view at the campaign's stated rate and become payable after our verification pass. Fake engagement of any kind (bought views, bots, view loops, incentivized click farms) means removal from the campaign, forfeiture of unpaid earnings from it, and possibly a ban.
- Withdrawals unlock once your verified balance reaches the minimum shown on your earnings page, and requests are processed within the window shown there. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
4. For brands
- Campaigns are funded upfront through our payment partner before going live. Your budget is drawn down only by verified views at your campaign's rate; our platform fee is shown before you pay.
- You get a license to the campaign results data. Creators keep ownership of their content; the campaign brief states what usage rights you receive.
- You may pause a campaign; unspent budget on paused or completed campaigns is refundable on request, less payment processing costs already incurred.
- If no creator picks up your campaign within 30 days of going live, you can withdraw the full remaining budget.
- No campaigns for prohibited goods: nothing illegal, no adult content, no weapons, no gambling targeted at minors, no medical miracle claims, no crypto pump schemes. We can reject or remove any campaign that harms creators, audiences or the platform.
5. Money
Payments from brands are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their terms apply to the purchase. Creator payouts are sent by us to the payout method on your profile. We hold campaign funds so that creators are paid for verified views even if a brand later disputes unrelated matters. EarnForViews is a technology platform, not a bank, and does not provide regulated financial services.
6. Numbers you see
View counts update on a schedule and can lag the platform's own numbers; where an estimate is shown it is labeled. Example campaigns, sample figures and forecasts shown in product previews and marketing pages are illustrative, not a promise of earnings or results. Real campaign terms always live on the campaign page itself.
7. Ending things
You can close your account any time; earned, verified amounts are still paid out. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, with email notice and a chance to respond except in cases of fraud.
8. The legal spine
The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond what law requires. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned from you in the 6 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction. If we change these terms materially, we email account holders 14 days before the change takes effect.
