Updated terms of service

Takes effect on 9 October 2026, announced 25 September 2026; on 5 October 2026 the payment wording was corrected and section 5 (creator scores) was added · Applies to earnforviews.com and aimviews.com, together "EarnForViews", "we", "us".

These terms replace the current terms on 9 October 2026. Until then the current terms apply. The changes: connecting YouTube is no longer required to be paid, because a reviewer can confirm a post is yours by hand; brands pay using the payment details we email, and a campaign goes live once we confirm the payment; the platform fee is included in the rate and budget a brand sees. Section 5, on creator scores and the creator browser, is new and applies to anyone who uses them.

1. What EarnForViews is

EarnForViews is a marketplace. Brands fund campaigns with a fixed budget. Creators post content on their own social accounts and submit it to campaigns. Verified views turn into creator earnings at the rate shown on each campaign. We operate the platform, verify views, and move the money; the content itself lives on the social platforms under their rules.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• One person, one creator account, and one account per brand.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if it is compromised.

3. For creators

• Submit only content you made and posted on an account you control, following the campaign brief and the platform's own rules, including ad disclosure rules that apply to you (for example "Paid partnership" labels).
• To verify views we read the public statistics of the posts you submit. Before earnings are paid, we confirm each post is yours, either through your connected YouTube channel (free and read only) or by a reviewer checking by hand.
• Earnings accrue per verified view at the campaign's stated rate and become payable after our verification pass. Fake engagement of any kind (bought views, bots, view loops, incentivized click farms) means removal from the campaign, forfeiture of unpaid earnings from it, and possibly a ban.
• Withdrawals open once your verified balance reaches the minimum shown on your earnings page, and requests are processed within the window shown there. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

4. For brands

• Campaigns are paid for upfront using the payment details we email you, such as a PayPal invoice, and go live once we confirm the payment. Your budget is drawn down only by verified views at your campaign's rate, or by approved posts on a fixed price campaign; our platform fee is included in the rate and budget you see before you pay.
• You get a license to the campaign results data. Creators keep ownership of their content; the campaign brief states what usage rights you receive.
• You may pause a campaign; unspent budget on paused or completed campaigns is refundable on request, less payment processing costs already incurred.
• If no creator picks up your campaign within 30 days of going live, you can withdraw the full remaining budget.
• No campaigns for prohibited goods: nothing illegal, no adult content, no weapons, no gambling targeted at minors, no medical miracle claims, no crypto pump schemes. We can reject or remove any campaign that harms creators, audiences or the platform.

5. Creator scores and the creator browser

These rules apply when a creator asks for a creator score, and when a brand uses the creator browser at aimviews.com/creators.

• A creator score is free and optional. A person on our team reads the figures off your public profiles by hand and works out the score with the formula published at earnforviews.com/score. You can only list accounts you own and have proven, with the code in your bio or a channel you connected.
• Your listing must describe your own content honestly. Your one-line description may not carry links, handles, emails, phone numbers or any other way to reach you, and your niches and country must be true. A person checks every listing, and every change to a listed profile, before brands see it. We can send back, refuse or remove a listing that breaks these rules.
• If you think a figure or your score is wrong, ask for a re-review on your score page or mail support@earnforviews.com. A person reads your profiles again and corrects your listing if a figure was wrong. You can hide your listing at any time.
• Brands contact listed creators through aimviews deals, for example an invite-only deal. We never give a brand your email or payout details. A brand that finds a creator through the creator browser agrees to work with them through aimviews deals, and not to copy, scrape or resell the browser's data.
• For brands: the figures and scores in the creator browser are dated readings of public profiles, taken on the date shown. They are not a promise of the views any post will get. Readings older than 90 days are marked as possibly out of date, and the typical range of views per post is a guide from past posts.

6. Money

Brands pay us for campaigns using the payment details we email them, such as a PayPal invoice; PayPal's own terms apply to a payment made through PayPal. Creator payouts are sent by us to the payout method on your profile. We hold campaign funds so that creators are paid for verified views even if a brand later disputes unrelated matters. EarnForViews is a technology platform, not a bank, and does not provide regulated financial services.

7. Numbers you see

View counts update on a schedule and can lag the platform's own numbers; where an estimate is shown it is labeled. Example campaigns, sample figures and forecasts shown in product previews and marketing pages are illustrative, not a promise of earnings or results. Real campaign terms always live on the campaign page itself.

8. Ending things

You can close your account any time; earned, verified amounts are still paid out. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, with email notice and a chance to respond except in cases of fraud.

9. The legal spine

The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond what law requires. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned from you in the 6 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction. If we change these terms materially, we email account holders 14 days before the change takes effect.
